&#9;<li>Performs audits of patient accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
&#9;<li>Reviews assigned accounts on a monthly basis and reports inconsistencies and corrects errors as appropriate.
&#9;<li>Contacts patients regarding delinquent accounts and arranges mutually acceptable payment schedules.
&#9;<li>Demonstrates the ability to listen and respond to patients and insurance companies regarding sensitive financial matters and recapture unpaid balances.
&#9;<li>Receives and resolves patient billing complaints and questions; initiates adjustments as necessary and exercises all options to obtain claim payments.
&#9;<li>Reviews credit balance reports for correct recipient of refund.&nbsp; Performs reconciliation, attaches documentation and forwards to supervisor to process refund checks.
&#9;<li>Identifies problems on accounts and follows through to conclusion.
&#9;<li>Handles in a professional and confidential manner all correspondence, documentation and files.
&#9;<li>Attempts to locate patient/guarantor through direct contact, letter, or other means.
&#9;<li>Investigates the possibility of other health care coverage.&nbsp; Responsible for forwarding this information to the appropriate department.
&#9;<li>Reviews appropriate files to identify deceased patients and estates; verifies dollar amounts and files estate to appropriate court in a timely manner.
&#9;<li>Makes appropriate financial arrangements for payment of patient accounts; follows up to determine if payment arrangements are being met; contacts patients to resolve problems; responds to correspondence or telephone calls from patients about accounts.
&#9;<li>Process bankruptcy paperwork; follow up on bankruptcy status.
&#9;<li>Reviews EOBs to ensure proper reimbursement of claims and reports any problems, issues, or payor trends to supervisor.
&#9;<li>Works closely with collection agency to assure that they receive updated information on accounts as necessary.
&#9;<li>Prepares write-off requests with appropriate documentation and submits to supervisor.
&#9;<li>Processes patient correspondence, including denial follow-up within 48 hours of receipt. Files all reimbursement correspondence daily.
&#9;<li>Works with provided aging to monitor patient account aging&nbsp;and follows up appropriately. Maintains confidentiality in regards to patient account status and the financial affairs of clinic/corporation.

&#9;<br>Transport pulled material to the appropriate processing lines in a timely manner<br>

&#9;<br>Maintain accurate job and grade markings on all materials<br>

&#9;<br>Review yard activities and resolve material conflicts in coordination with the Material Processing Supervisor, Purchasing, and Director of Operations<br>

Monday - Thursday<br>
8:00am - 5:00pm<br>
<br>
Fridays<br>
8:00am - 1:00pm<br>
<br>
Wage - $18/hour<br>
100% paid benefit upon hire<br>
<br>
Responsibilities include:<br>
* Processing client request for annuity surrenders, withdrawls, transfers.&nbsp;<br>
* Adhering to State and Federal Regulations, Conduct and Compliance<br>
* Verifying all distributions and direct deposits<br>
* Providing written and verbal communication to producers and clients<br>
* Illustrate quotes and annuitize existing policies<br>
* Other duties as assigned<br>
<br>
Requirements:<br>
* Highschool diploma or GED<br>
* Excellent customer service<br>
* Excellent computer skills and attention to detail<br>
* Typing skills of approximately 50 WPM<br>
