Vendor Management Administrator

Job Description
Duties Include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact
- Manage vendor contracts, including negotiation, execution, and renewal
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and meet their vendor needs
- Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management policies and procedures
- Resolve any vendor-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner
- Analyze vendor data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement
- Support procurement activities, including sourcing, bidding, and vendor selection
- Prepare and present vendor performance reports to senior management
- Minimum of 3 years of working in vendor management, procurement or similar role
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication
- Proficiency in VM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
