Temporary Collections Specialist
717 W. Sprague Ave. Spokane, WA 99201 US
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to assist a large financial institution located in downtown Spokane on a short term temporary basis. The collection specialist will collect past due investor, portfolio, small business and consumer real estate loans.
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay $20/hour
*** Assignment estimated at 30 days, potential to be extended.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Contacts delinquent customers by phone, email and mail
* Recommends legal action where appropriate
* Meets deadlines with respect to investor requirements on delinquent RE loans
* Works in the recovery of bad debt and charged off loans
Experience:
* Minimum one year working in a collections role
* ability to work well under pressure
* good communication skills
* good computer skills
