Job Description
A structural steel and metal fabrication company in Airway Heights is seeking a Swing Shift Shop Foreman with 5+ years supervisor(crew up to 20) & fabrication experience.
Duties will include but are not limited to...
* Manage swing shift fabrication shop employees to deliver a quality product, on schedule, and within budget.
* Review projects and personnel with Operations daily.
* Direct personnel to work on the appropriate projects and zones.
* Follow handoff instructions from lead foreman and meet or exceed production goals.
* Ensure Production Notes are completed quickly with minimal shop impact.
* Personnel issues:
o Interviewing
o Training
o Motivation
o Performance reviews
o Timecard review
o Accident reports
* Work with Safety Committee to ensure safe workplace.
* Recognize danger before accidents occur.

* Strong computer skills
* Scheduling
* Industrial safety
* Basic mathematics
* Strong delegation and communication skills
* Understand and recognize shop flow and bottlenecks
* Minimum 5 years fabrication experience or training.
