Business Development Representative – Industrial Cleaning Services
Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join a growing industrial cleaning team. If you're driven, personable, and have a solid understanding of the industrial services space, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and client outreach

Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Collaborate with internal teams to develop service proposals and project quotes

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Respond to client inquiries, including RFPs and RFQs, with accurate and timely information

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives
-
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and industry trends

Other related duties as needed
Qualifications: -
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial services, preferably in cleaning or environmental sectors

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required with strong experience)

Proven track record in business development and sales

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing top-tier service
-
Familiarity with industrial cleaning services, safety protocols, and compliance standards is a strong plus
