Job Summary
The Relocation / Reservation Specialist plays a key role in supporting marketing efforts, sales operations, remote site set-ups, customer service, and basic accounting tasks. This position acts as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries via phone and email while ensuring clear communication, accurate scheduling, and reliable follow-through.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities Core Duties
- Answer incoming calls and assist with reservation scheduling and support
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Communicate effectively between clients and internal teams regarding reservations, billing, maintenance issues, and damages
- Create and distribute reservation confirmations using reservation software
- Maintain accurate and organized records for units and reservations
- Prepare and assemble daily “Welcome Packets”
- Complete administrative tasks related to lease setup and closure, utilities, insurance, and background checks
- Coordinate and support remote location set-ups
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions
- Adapt to changing business needs and contribute to company objectives
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Assist in resolving customer service requests to ensure a positive experience
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Office Management to support efficient operations
