Job Description
A local Spokane design and manufacturing firm specializing in electro, hydraulic, and mechanical fabrications is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team. Looking for candidates with experience in the oil/gas/aerospace industries.
PAY:
$23.00-$25.00/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
-Manage project from planning stage to completion
-Oversee and approve engineering design packages
-Manage verification/validation activities and protocols
-Coordinate NCR and CAPA programs for non-conforming products
-Analyze statistical information to determine adequacy of current standards and improvements
-Evaluate compliance with specifications, procedures, and standards
-Identify system inefficiencies
-Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal staff
-Assist the Quality Manager with audits
-Maintain ISO9001, AS9100D, and API Q1 requirements
REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to:
-A Bachelor's Degree in engineering or science
-2+ years of experience in oil/gas, aerospace, or nuclear manufacturing
-3+ years of experience in field certified to ISO9001, AS9100, API Q1
-Experience operating GD&T inspection equipment (Romer Arm/Laser Tracker)
-Experience reviewing/compiling design packages with industry and customer requirements
MUST BE able to pass a background check and drug screen
