Job Description
A Spokane, WA business-to-business construction supply company is looking for a Project Manager for their engineered fall protection, Unistrut, and seismic bracing division. Must be willing to do some out-of-town work. Previous project management experience is necessary. Previous construction and sales experience is a huge plus! Experience in drafting, CAD, or BIM modeling is fantastic!
PAY:
$50k-$65k/year
Depends on Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
-Help with job estimations and price quotes
-Manage job schedules and costs
-Read plans, perform take-offs, produce submittals
-Maintain relationships with contractors, customers, and crew
-Develop initial design concepts
-Procure labor crews for installation work in various work sites and locations
-Ensure safety and compliance on all projects
-Be willing to perform some business development and sales
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
-3-6 years or engineered systems, construction, sales, or equivalent experience
-Familiar with constructions industry and products
-1-4 years experience in sales
-Previous experience with Unistrut products and seismic bracing
-Able to read blueprints and construction plans
-Experience with drafting or modeling is a huge plus
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Superior customer service skills
-Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office products
-Must possess excellent problem-solving ability
MUST BE ABLE to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report
