Producer Services Representative- Temporary
Job Description
We are seeking a 6+ Month temporary Producer Services Representative to help cover a medical leave starting on or around 10/1/26. This position has a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Pay - $19/hour
Monday - Thursday
8:00am - 5:00pm
Fridays
8:00am - 1:00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering questions
- Providing materials and resources
- Helping with illustrations and websites
- Handling correspondence and mailings
- Maintaining producer records
- Tracking licenses and CE
- Following up on missing compliance documents
- Updating systems
- Providing general administrative support
- Other duties as required
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to work independently while supporting the team
- Good Computer Skills
