Job Description
We are seeking quality CSR Patient Representatives for busy specialty office located in Spokane Valley, WA.
Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones promptly & professionally
-Scheduling patient appointments
-Verifying insurance information
-Entering patient information
-Transfers calls to appropriate departments or physicians
-Returns calls as necessary
-Other duties as assigned by manager
