Job Description
We are assisting a Global Industry Leading service and supply company in the search for a permanent Operations Manager. The operations manager will be responsible for managing and developing organizational processes in the local dealership and day to day activities.
Duties Include:
- Managing and supporting the team of technicians, sales team and administrative staff.
- Overseeing materials and inventory management of vehicles.
- Lead and oversee safety and training processes.
- Maintaining communication with management, staff and vendors.
- Be the lead contact to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Other management duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication skills
- High School Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred
- 2+ years in operations management
- Ability to delegate while maintaining organizational control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in commercial or agriculture environment
- Strong Technical Background
Salary - 90K Base + Commissions
