Job Description
We are seeking quality medical scribes with 2+ yrs scribe or medical transcription experience for busy specialty office located in Spokane, WA.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Recording detailed information into the EMR during patient exams
-Maintaining patient EMR
-Documenting medical history, procedures, lab results and other relevant information provided by patient or physician
-Improve provider effectiveness, efficiency and productivity for better patient flow and satisfaction
-Identify mistakes or inconsistencies in medical documentation and checks to correct information in order to reduce errors
-Establishes effective working relationships with physicians, staff and patients
Medical office experience and medical terminology experience preferred.
