Job Description
A Sandpoint, Idaho manufacturer of wood products is looking for hard-working, reliable laborers for their graveyard shift. Must have previous forklift experience! Previous production/assembly line experience is helpful! Laborers will be working with finished wood products and placing them in pallets for storage. Must be able to lift 30lbs repeatedly. This is a busy, physical job, and you will be on your feet most of the shift.
PAY:
$18-$19, Depending on Experience
GRAVEYARD SHIFT:
Sa - Tue (alt Sa), 6p - 6a
Training may take place during the day for a 1-2 weeks
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
-Stacking 5 lb. Logs on a pallet
-Discarding broken and non-compliant logs into 2nds box
-Moving pallets to cooling area and placing on wire racks
-Running individual logs through packaging equipment
-Palletizing packaged/finished logs for storage and shipment
-Operating forklift
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
-Must have some forklift experience
-Able to stand on feet for most of the day
-Able to lift 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
-Good hand-eye coordination is needed
-Able to read weight scales
