A growing construction supply distribution company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join their executive team. The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for handling all recruitment for multiple locations in various states, benefit management, employee relations, compliance and developing company policies and procedures.
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity!
Salary - $65, 000 + DOE
Duties will include:
* Recruitment and On-boarding of new employees
* Employee Relations
* Benefit Administration
* Reviews
* Policies and Procedures
* Budgets
* Working with Executive Team
* Day to Day HR duties
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
* 3+ Years working in Human Resources
* Excellent communication skill
* Excellent computer skills
