Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Home Loan Support rep to assist a leading Credit Union on a temporary basis. Assignment anticipated to last 8-12+ weeks.
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
Wage - $20.50
Primary Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable. They can accurately process financial and real estate-related documents, communicate professionally, prioritize competing tasks, and efficiently navigate multiple computer applications in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform detailed data entry for processing deed of trust releases.
- Retrieve files from the vault.
- Contact customers or providers regarding missing insurance policies.
- Prepare payoff quotes using Microsoft Word.
- Review files and conduct auditing/reporting tasks.
- Communicate professionally through Microsoft Teams, email, and phone.
- Manage multiple tasks while working independently.
- Experience in real estate processing, loan servicing, or mortgage operations.
- Familiarity with real estate documents and concepts.
- Alternatively, experience working in a financial institution.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially:
- Excel (reporting and data management)
- Word (preparing payoff quotes)
- Teams and Outlook (communication)
- Comfortable working across multiple software systems and multiple computer screens.
