Job Description

A Spokane Valley supplier of waste handling and recycling equipment is looking for a Heavy Equipment Technician to provide service, maintenance, and repairs to customer equipment. Qualified candidates must have welding, hydraulic, and electrical schematic experience. Must be able to provide your own hand tools. Would like candidates to have a Class B CDL. Prefer candidates with good work ethic and attendance.

PAY:
$25.00-$45.00/hour
Depends on Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
-Trouble-shoot and repair customer-owned equipment in the shop and in the field
-Prepare new equipment for delivery to customers
-Will be working inside and outside, regardless of weather conditions
-Use computer for documentation

REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to:
-Must have a Class B CDL and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report
-Provide your own hand tools, client provides larger ones
-Able to read blueprints and shop diagrams
-Prior experience with hydraulics, welding, PTO
-Prior experience with electrical schematics, DC, single and three phase AC
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Basic computer skills
-Must be physically fit and able to bend, kneel, stool, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders

MUST BE ABLE to pass background check, drug screen, and pass MVR
