General Laborer---Bay Cleanup
Job Description
A structural steel and metal fabrication company in Airway Heights is looking for day and swing shift General Laborers Bay Cleanup to assist in the shop flow.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
-Ensure welders/fitters have necessary parts and materials
-Oversee machine shop processing of cut-to-size plate
-Able to operate a forklift and overhead crane - training can be provided
-Report defective materials and parts to proper department
-Other duties as assigned by manager
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
-Ability to read and understand blueprints
-Strict adherence to industrial safety rules and requirements
-Ability to operate 4 1/2'' grinder
-Excellent basic math skills
-Previous experience using a tape measure
-Able to lift 75lbs
SHIFTS Mon-Thursday:
Day Shift: 4: 00am-2: 30pm
Swing Shift: 3: 00pm-1: 30am
Salary depends on experience and shift offered.
MUST BE ABLE to pass a pre-employment physical/drug screen and background check.
