We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Designated Mortgage Broker to join a quickly growing and established mortgage company located in Mill Creek, Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Act as the designated mortgage broker, overseeing all mortgage operations and ensuring compliance with Washington State regulations and industry standards.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their financial situations, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate mortgage products and services.
- Loan Processing: Oversee the loan application process, including documentation collection, credit analysis, and loan underwriting, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Compliance: Ensure all mortgage practices comply with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals to facilitate business growth and client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and interest rates to provide clients with the best options available.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior mortgage brokers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the loan process, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Licensure: Valid Mortgage Broker License in Washington State.
