Customer Service Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly customer service representative to assist a busy utility company. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer assistance of services and programs.
Monday - Friday
7: 30 - 4: 30pm
Pay - $19/hour
Duties Include:
* Answering Phones
* Document Management
* Handling, processing and posting customer payments
* Greeting visitors
* Updating accounts
* Processing service orders to establish or discontinue utility services
