Job Description
A business-to-business supply distribution company specializing in supplies for the construction industry is in need of a Rental Counter Attendant with great customer service skills! Good work ethic and excellent attendance is required. Construction background is a huge plus!
PAY:
$18.00-$21.00/hour
Depends on Experience
SHIFT:
Monday thru Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
-Assist customers with rental transactions by providing prices and product suggestions
-Upsell additional add-on items to customers
-Handle cash/credit card transactions
-Use computer for order entries, quotes, inventory
-Answer phones and emails with professionalism
-Drive company truck/trailer to make rental equipment deliveries
-Load/unload truck/trailer
-Set up scaffolding and other rental equipment
-Order pulling and packaging
-Forklift operation
-Will be cross-trained and able to help in other departments, as needed
REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to:
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Knowledge of basic math skills and money-handling
-Competent computer skills
-Forklift experience is a plus
-Physically able to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and be on feet most of the day
-Inside sales experience
-Previous experience with inventory
MUST BE ABLE to pass a background check
MUST BE ABLE to pass a drug screen, including THC
MUST BE ABLE to pass a Motor Vehicle Report
