CMA---Phone Triage
Job Description
We are seeking a quality CMA with 2+ years of experience in patient care for growing Spokane specialty office.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Collect information from patient callers to assess their condition
-Make recommendations for further care
-Provide education and counseling to patients over the phone
-Consult with physicians about patient care needs
-Work with schedulers for future appointments or referrals for patients
-Work with medical records technology to ensure data is up to date on patients
