Job Description

We are seeking skilled assembly/integration technicians to be part of a growing start up company located in the Spokane Valley. Positions are on-going temporary, with the possibility of going permanent.

Wage - $22/hour + DOE

Monday - Friday

Duties Include:

* Working as part of a team in all aspects of composite modification, coating, and integration.
* Be engaged and willing to learn lean procedures and technique.
Fully trained on production process and product offering.
* Receive, sort, and store inventory and load products for shipment.
Use technology such as computers, smart tablets and barcode scanners for
inventory management.
* You will be trained on warehouse and material handling equipment, such as powered
industrial trucks (PIT) or pallet jacks. Often, shifts will have you operating
warehouse/material handling equipment preparing orders for customers.
Equipment training and certification are provided.
* Polyurea coating application.
* Mark and assemble materials to prescribed measurements.

* Previous construction experience, precision measurements, material handling and
situational/safety awareness.
* Be comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, skil/circular saw, plunge router,
chop saw, drills, hammer, ruler, square, pencil, chalk, calipers, chisels, nails, glue gun,
screws, level, and powered industrial truck (training provided).
* Have a safety focused mindset.
* Attention to detail, making sure product assembly is done correctly and of the highest
* Lift up to 49 pounds and use safe practices and methods to handle products heavier
than 50 pounds.
* Stand and walk, as well as push, pull, squat, bend, and reach frequently during shifts.
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.

Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
