Job Description
We are seeking a loan funder to support a large financial institution in downtown Spokane on a temporary contract basis. Assignment anticipated to last 8-12 weeks.
Monday - Friday
7:00am - 4:00pm (Onsite only)
Pay $22/hour

- Â Checks in and reviews executed loan packages to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
- Uploads executed loan documents into imaged loan file
- Ensures all funding loan conditions are cleared per investor requirements
- Reviews Escrow Agent’s settlement statement/Closing Disclosure for any fee discrepancies
- Balances with Escrow Agents and Disburses funds as needed utilizing a variety of tools such as cashier’s checks, deposit accounts, and wire transfer
- Performs post funding duties such as, MERS registration, homeowner’s insurance, and property tax tracking, activating mortgage insurance and disbursing premiums for FHA, VA
- Creates post consummation Closing Disclosure when needed
- Prepares file for the Shipping team and creates booking package for servicing
- Provides professional and high-quality customer service to all internal and external partners, researching and resolving routine issues
- Performs general correspondence and administrative duties as requested by department manager/peer leader
