Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration:
- Accurately process payroll for a mid-sized team on a regular schedule, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain organized records of payroll and associated documentation, both digital and physical.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports and filings related to payroll and labor regulations.
Accounting Support:

Enter routine journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance.

Assist with periodic billing or invoicing processes.

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial procedures as needed.
General Administrative Duties:

Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.

Support team operations by assisting with filing, documentation, and internal communication.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
