Job Description
We are seeking a Disbursement Specialist to assist a large financial institution located in Downtown Spokane on a temporary basis. Assignment anticipated to last approximately 12 weeks.
Monday - Friday
Hybrid schedule - M&F - Work from home, Tuesday - Thursday - In Office
Pay $20/hour

- Receive, review, and process invoices.
- Review, edit, and process corporate card expenses.
- Aid with weekly check printing and payment processing.
- Use and be familiar with a variety of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Professionally correspond with internal and external clients.
- Process and distribute mail for accounting and finance teams.
- Additional duties TBD based off experience.
