Medical Compliance Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a quality candidate with an eye for detail in medical compliance. Must be able to work on site at corporate office located in Liberty Lake, WA.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Work with excel spreadsheets including basic filtering of data
* Easily download/upload documents and update dates in multiple software systems (requires attention to detail)
* Use Outlook to send messaging to employees following a template
* Use a printer to print documents and then mail them using a Pitney Bowles machine
* Use Teams chat and camera for Teams meetings (all software provided)
* Work M-F during office hours (some flexibility - office doors are open between 8a-5p)
* Other duties as assigned by manager
Position is FT, Mon-Friday and salary is $21-$23 p/hr. Must pass both WA & Oregon background checks. For IMMEDIATE consideration please APPLY NOW or email resume to dixie@provisional.Com
