Job Description
A Spokane Valley business specializing in the sales, installation, and service of generators, electric air-powered tools, and air compressors is in need of a Senior Service Technician. This role would be supporting and managing the other Field Service Technicians by providing trouble-shooting and on-the-job training. Would also be developing new business and maintaining relationships with current customers. Great customer service and leadership skills are necessary! The ideal candidate is great at problem-solving, self-directed, dependable, and respectful and has management experience. This is a hands-on position working alongside your team.
PAY:
$30.00-$40.00/hour

SHIFT:
Monday - Friday
7: 00am - 4: 00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
-Provide support to other service technicians, both in house and in the field
-Give on-the-job training to technicians
-Provide trouble-shooting and guidance
-Performs maintenance, service, and installations on compressed air systems
-Works in the shop or at customers location, which may include overtime and overnight assignments
-Finds solutions for repair, installation, or service issues on compressors, blowers, etc., including warranty repairs
-Prepares service orders, timesheets, and expense reports
-Communicates machines issues and problem resolution to customer
-Up keep of tools and equipment and company service truck
REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in service and installation of air compressors
-Good leadership/management skills
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Comfortable with basic math skills including fractions and decimals
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Must be able to pass a drug screen, including THC
-Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report and have a valid Driver's License
